My Review of Natural Chemistry's Hair ReNEW

What is it exactly?

     From the website. . .
"Hair ReNEW gently treats hair damage that is caused from sources such as chlorine, UV rays, hard water, dry air and salt. Hair ReNEW also helps prevent green hair that can occur when copper is present in pool water."

Review…

I was sent an 8 fl oz bottle of the Hair ReNEW from Buckeye Pool Services, LLC to review.

Packaging & Presentation of Natural Chemistry's Hair ReNEW

I am happy to announce that this bottle arrived to me in perfect condition.  The bottle itself is black, and holds 8 fl oz of product.  The label is chrome with yellow and black accents.  The bottle measures 8.25" x 1.75" at its widest points.  There wasn't a safety seal, which is something I typically like on my products.

The front of the bottle labels the product and brand.  It also briefly explains a little bit about the product.  The back of the bottle explains why you need to use this, key benefits, directions for use, notes, ingredients, and company contact information.

There are two little strips that caught my eye.  The first says, "Natural moisturizers detangle and condition hair."  The second says, "protects hair damage from chlorine, UV rays, and more..."

The bottle has one of those easy-to-use trigger nozzles.  It's pretty fancy.

There is a trigger-locking mechanism, so make sure to press that before using.  When you hit 'unlock', you'll be able to squeeze the trigger and use the product.

My Personal Experience with Natural Chemistry's Hair ReNEW

Guys.  Guess what?  It's getting close to summer!  You know what that means?  It's time to start getting everything you need now, so you can enjoy and relax then.

Natural Chemistry is one awesome company. They balance your needs with the needs of the environment and create some pretty incredible, natural products.  They make a ton of different stuff, but this product is great for those of you who frequent the swimming pool.

What I like about this product in particular is that you can use it for SO many different instances that the summer brings.  Dry hair, damaged hair, chemical-smell, and discoloration.  You can even use this as your daily leave-in conditioner!

Personally, I use a detangler coupled with a leave-in conditioner.  So, I replaced my 'usual' with the Hair ReNEW.

You can use this on wet or dry hair.  I used it on my dry hair to see if it made it greasy.  It didn't, and that's a good thing!  After I sprayed it, I brushed it through.

Pros of Natural Chemistry's Hair ReNEW
  • Works for a multitude of problems.
  • Can be used as a daily leave-in conditioning treatment.
  • Use on wet or dry hair.
  • Keeps hair soft, silky, and easy-to-brush.
  • Great to prevent discoloration due to chemicals and UV rays.
Cons of Natural Chemistry's Hair ReNEW
    • The fragrance is a little funky, but it dissipates within seconds.
    Summary

This  spray is remarkable.  Usually, my leave-in's only detangle and soften.  But this one does so much more.  I love the protection it provides, the neutralization of the damaging forces during the summer months, and the instant hydration.  Definitely check this out!
