My Review of Sun Si'belle Broad Spectrum SPF30 Tinted Sunscreen

What is it exactly?

     From the website. . .
"Exposure to ultraviolet light, UVA or UVB, from sunlight accounts for 90% of the symptoms of premature skin aging including wrinkles.  It is important not to strip or dry skin but to gently exfoliate and remove impurities, excess oil and dead skin cells.  Skin must be hydrated and toned to bring back balance and radiance. That's where our new totally natural Sun*Si'Belle moisturizing sunscreen comes in. Non-greasy, non-whitening, light tinted formula provides chemical-free mineral UVA (aging) and UVB (burning) Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 30, which protects skin from harmful sun rays and prevents sun damage and pigmentation.  Fruit extracts of Pineapple and Papaya provide mild exfoliation to shed dead skin cells and keep your skin fresh with rosy glow.  Sea Kelp provides hydration to your skin all day long.  Ellagic acid, an antioxidant found in raspberries and cranberries, protects against ultraviolet damage by blocking production of matrix metalloproteinase enzymes that break down collagen.  Highly nutritive Tomato is a rich source of Antioxidants like Tocopherols (Vitamin E), Lycopene, Omega 3,6,9, Copper, Iron, Manganese and Zinc, are essential for treatment and prevention of cutaneous signs of aging, and for reducing UV damage to the skin."

Review…

I was sent a 3.3 oz tube of the Sun Si'belle Broad Spectrum SPF30 Tinted Sunscreen from Sweetsation Therapy to review.

The price for this bottle is $26.00 plus $1.98 shipping.

Packaging & Presentation of Sun Si'belle Broad Spectrum SPF30 Tinted Sunscreen

This tube arrived safely to my house.  It was packaged really well, and there were no leaks, defects, or issues during shipment.  The tube is a flip-top, and it is orange and white with yellow and gold accents.  It stands 5.75" x 2.25" at its widest points.  It was double wrapped when I received it-- the first layer being protective bubble wrap, and the second layer was tissue paper.  The presentation was nice, and says a lot about the company.

The front of the tube labels the product and brand.  It specifies that it is SPF30, tinted, and that it is broad spectrum UVA & UVB.  The back of the tube is where all the information is.  The drug facts, warnings, directions, inactive ingredients, and contact information.  This product is made in the United States.

The cap is a flip-top, which makes it easy for application.  You don't have to fuss with those pesky screw-on caps.

The safety seal is a small piece of foil that covers the tube's opening.  It's easy to peel off.  Make sure you peel this off before you attempt to use this sunscreen.

My Personal Experience with Sun Si'belle Broad Spectrum SPF30 Tinted Sunscreen

This is fantastic! I hate using sunscreen (even though I should use it) because it turns me so white.  I've tried so many different brands, and unfortunately, I've had the same experience with each one.  Now, this one is tinted!  It goes on a nice color, and it blends really well.  I was excited to try one that I can use all over without looking like a ghost.

The sunscreen is a tan color, almost that of a medium beige foundation.  It has a medium thickness to it, nothing extreme.  But guess what?  It definitely smells fabulous! It's a very light smell, not overpowering at all.

I put a little on my hand to test it out.  It goes on very light-colored, and that's kind of a good thing, so you know where you applied it.  It absorbs quite easily, and it blends really well.  It's not greasy, but you definitely know it's on there.  It also leaves a little bit of a sheen, but this goes away after a little while.

This is literally 15 seconds after application.  It's like I'm not wearing anything!

Pros of Sun Si'belle Broad Spectrum SPF30 Tinted Sunscreen
  • Bright packaging-- won't get lost in your beach bag/purse.
  • Light and non-greasy.
  • Broad spectrum UVA & UVB.
  • Contains hyaluronic acid, CoQ10, and Vitamin C!
  • Made by a company that continually produces quality products.
Cons of Sun Si'belle Broad Spectrum SPF30 Tinted Sunscreen
  • The tube isn't huge.  I wish the tube would be bigger.
        Summary

This is definitely one of the best sunscreen's I've ever used.  Heck, it's the only one that I want to use.  Not only is this a sunscreen with a mid-grade SPF, but it has a ton of antioxidants, and age defying ingredients.  So, it helps your skin in many different ways.  I love this stuff, and I actually look forward to putting it on!
