..::Product Review::.. Aviva Advanced Hair Nutrition - Day 30

My Review of Aviva Advanced Hair Nutrition

What is it exactly?

     From the website. . .
"At Aviva, we believe that healthy hair is a crucial part of overall personal wellness. As the accessory you wear every day, your hair endures a lot. Each and every strand is consistently exposed to sun, sweat, pollution, and harsh chemicals from shampoos, conditioners, dyes, styling tools and other environmental factors. On top of that, we often don’t get the full amount of necessary nutrients for basic hair health and balance."

Review…

I was sent a 2-month supply (128 softgels) from Aviva to review.

The price for a 1-month supply is $59.95.  You can purchase this supplement in a 1, 2, or 3 month box.

Packaging & Presentation of
Aviva Advanced Hair Nutrition

I have the 2-month supply, and Aviva packaged the two boxes together using a cardboard wrap.

The actual box is white, highlighted with orange accents.  The front of the box lets you know a little about the product, whereas the back of the box gives more information, directions for use, and supplement facts.

Inside the package is also an informational booklet so you can read more about the product, what it does, how to use it, who endorses it, results from actual customers, and other products in the Aviva line.

...and of course we have the supplement itself!  Each foiled blister pack holds 8 softgels and is marked with 'Aviva Hair Revitalizer' on the back.

Everybody is always concerned with the size of supplements, so here is the size of the Aviva softgel in relation to a standard US quarter:

My Personal Experience with Aviva Advanced Hair Nutrition

This particular review is going to be a little bit different in the sense that I am not fully complete with it yet.

This is my 30-day check in, and I will also write another post on November 18 updating with my progress.

....................................................

The whole point of this supplement is to take (2) softgels per day that are filled with a perfection combination of 18 essential nutrients plus minerals that nourish, grow, protect, strengthen, and prevent damage.  100% drug free, fish free, and gluten free, some key nutrients that Aviva uses are:  Biotin, Vitamin B5, Folic Acid, Iron, Zinc, Selenium, Pumpkin Seed Oil, Ashwagandha, Silica, and Horsetail.

Some perks of taking this supplement:

+ Boosts Length
+ Builds Strength
+ Improves Texture
+ Increases Shine
+ Balances Hair Health
+ Reduces Shedding

...So... How did it work for me for the past 30 days of my using it?

In 30 days, I've noticed:

+ Additional Strength
+ Improved Texture
+ Increase in Shine (definitely)
+ Overall hair health

I'm not quite sure if it boosted the length, I just got a haircut about 3 weeks ago, so I'm not too sure on this one.  As far as shedding goes, I can't say it's helped with that.  Since I've had my daughter 6 months ago, I've been losing hair like crazy.  I'm still losing more hair than I'd like on a daily basis, and the amount has not seemed to dissipate since using Aviva.

Be on the lookout for the next Aviva update November 18, 2014, day 60 of using the Aviva Advanced Hair Nutrition supplement!

Pros of Aviva Advanced Hair Nutrition
  • Easy to use, take one softgel in the morning, and one at night.
  • Inexpensive compared to the amount of separate treatments in a salon.
  • Out of 6 claims, 4 have been noticed by me personally only after 30 days of use.

Cons of Aviva Advanced Hair Nutrition
      • The size of the supplement is on the larger side.
      • It may be hard for people to remember to take a supplement two times per day.
          Summary

SO far, I love it!  It has really made a noticeable difference in the health of my hair.  It's a lot easier to take a supplement than to use products and pay for additional services at the salon.  I'm really looking forward to find out how the supplement works for the next 30 days!

Thanks for your honest opinion. I have coarse thick curly hair and it tends to dry out a lot and I am sick of using so many different hair products to try and help it. Also it can get it expensive especially if the product doesn't work. These pills seem so much easier,
